With seventeen years’ experience in Restaurant Hospitality and holding a Level 3 WSET Qualified in Wine Education Joe Rogan Smith is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all things wine. Offering a 2-hour relaxed introductory guide into the world of wine tasting including food flavour pairing or a cheese and meat selection.

You will hear about how the wines are made, the terroir they are from, have a guided stating of each of them with a range of accompaniments carefully selected by Joe. This is a fun, informal and relaxed evening to think wine, talk wine and drink wine!
